Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for IT support-responding to calls, emails, and walk-ups with confidence and care.
- Own the service desk queue: review tickets, document your work, and escalate when needed.
- Build strong relationships across IT teams to ensure fast, effective resolutions.
- Keep users informed and supported with exceptional customer service.
- Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and support all approved software applications.
- Create and maintain clear, helpful documentation.
- Offer personalized guidance to users on how to get the most from their systems and tools.
- Travel occasionally to other offices and plants in Wisconsin and Minnesota to provide in-person support.
Tech You'll Work With:
- Azure Active Directory & Intune - preferred experience for managing user accounts and mobile devices.
- Active Directory, PC imaging, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or IT service desk role.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (we value hands-on skills!).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills-you know how to explain tech clearly.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for solving problems.
