Job Details
- Lead supplier quality activities-audits, first article inspections, issue resolution.
- Partner with vendors to resolve defects, reduce risk, and improve performance.
- Create test plans, control documents, and quality reports that actually make sense.
- Drive investigations using 8D, root cause, and corrective action tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and internal company standards.
- Speak Mandarin in real-world business and technical scenarios.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality-related field
- 3+ years in manufacturing quality (solar, auto, or electronics preferred)
- Experience with AIAG tools (PPAP, FMEA, Cpk, SPC, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP platforms
- Six Sigma cert or lean manufacturing mindset
- Mandarin and English (verbal & written) is a nice to have
