Construction Sr. Project Manager (Healthcare) Sr. Project Manager (Healthcare)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare project management and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting all regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project execution and adaptation to changes.
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team coordination to achieve project goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support project transitions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and budgeting practices.
  • Experience with resource allocation and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements in project management.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 10, LEED AP, or DBIA are advantageous.
