Job Details
Role: Our financial services client is looking for 2 Palantir Engineers to join their team. There is a group of Palantir Forward Deploy Engineers that will be supporting this client in building a brand new fraud investigation platform for the next 4 months. They are looking to hire 2 in house Palantir Engineers to support the expansion of the platform for a 1 year contract to hire. W2 only, must be hybrid 3 days/week in Reston, VA or Plano, TX.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the Palantir platform ( Foundry or Gotham) and understanding of the end to end processes from data workflows to customization of UI. Open to being stronger in the back end or front end but must have exposure with both sides (data layer + confirmation layer).
- Emphasizes building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems for data-driven decisions and operations.
- Work on various aspects of the Palantir platforms, including backend systems, infrastructure, and developer productivity.
-Involved in forward-deployed roles, working directly with customers to solve their specific problems and customizing Palantir configurations.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
-Building and maintaining software for Palantir's platforms, including Foundry and Gotham.
-Developing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration solutions. (Ontology, Code Workbooks, Pipeline Builder)
-Building and maintaining distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and storage systems.
-Participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and working in Agile environments.
-Working with other engineers, data scientists, analysts, and mission stakeholders to refine data models and implement solutions.
-Proficiency in languages like Python, SQL, TypeScript (nice to have for UI customization), and relevant tools, libraries, and frameworks.
Nice to have:
-Financial services or fraud investigation related projects
-Building full stack low code/no code applications in Palantir
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
