  • Execute and refine dry-run testing to ensure campaign accuracy and system readiness before launch.
  • Apply critical thinking to assess data and code discrepancies, distinguishing between symptoms and true root causes.
  • Develop and review test logic in SQL, SAS, or equivalent tools for end-to-end validation of campaign and data flows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Product teams to align technical testing with business goals.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into clear, measurable test cases.
  • Communicate complex issues clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, providing well-reasoned analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify and propose process or tooling improvements that enhance testing efficiency, data integrity, and issue detection.
