Locations: Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN & Charlotte, NC (hybrid 3days oniste & rest remote)
Payrate: $60-70/hr


We are seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Developer with strong expertise in Java, Python, and containerized applications on OpenShift, along with a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, deep learning, and NLP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and integrating AI-powered applications across enterprise systems. This is a highly technical and strategic role that will also involve leadership, mentoring, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.


Day To Day Responsbilities:

• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with Wholesale Loan/Banking technology domain including upgrades and deployments


• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies


• Review complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures


• Resolve complex issues to meet existing client needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Must Have:

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience


• Enterprise level experience financial services experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED


• 6+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React


• Experience with JavaScript development


• HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) experience


• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) experience


• 6+ years of software engineering experience in developing integrated and secure enterprise or web-based applications using Java/J2EE


• Experience with business process workflow software


• Experience with Spring Framework


• Must have experience developing apps on the Cloud (OpenShift experience highly desired)
