The responsibilities required will support various tasks across the RMA supply chain including monitoring global active maintenance contracts, ensuring enough replacement supply is stocked globally to provide a seamless customer replacement experience, and assisting the customer in returning material. This role will also assist in various customer experience improvement initiatives driven by data monitoring and analysis. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand/supply management for customer maintenance needs, business processes, and delivery of products and services to policy and country regulatory requirements. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, new customer maintenance readiness, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment.
