This is an ONSITE Role
Introduction:
This is an onsite role for an experienced SAP Test Lead / Manager in the O&G domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and managing the overall test strategy and plan, overseeing testing activities, and ensuring quality for all project testing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own SAP testing strategy, test plans, and test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across various SAP modules.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
- Manage test resources and assignments.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in QA/QE, especially in SAP implementation projects in the Oil and Gas domain.
- Strong experience in creating test strategy, test plans, and test scenarios/cases for SAP S4 Hana implementation projects.
- Experience in SAP FICO, SD, MM modules.
- Creating test automation strategy and executing the same.
- Good communication skills.
- Creating test reports, identifying metrics, and presenting progress.
- Contribute to user trainings on business flows.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification or testing tool certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or hybrid SCLS models.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must have flawless communiction and presentation skills - this is a Client Facing role.
