Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: Bellevue, WA (Should be local to WA)
Lead Developer
Candidates for the Salesforce software engineer role must have (7 years of experience):
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Expertise in Apex, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with configuring and enhancing Salesforce Industry CPQ solutions.
Experience developing UI components using Aura Bundles and LWC.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP, third-party integrations, and cloud-based
services.
Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.
Experience working with multi-functional teams such as design, product, and data teams to
deliver great user experiences.
Understanding computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms to ensure
consistency with software engineering standard methodologies, including object-oriented and
functional programming.
Candidate must have good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. An openness
to learning new technologies.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work
well alone and with others. Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities
simultaneously, as required.
Responsibilities:
Supports engineering projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests and
inspections, and preparing reports and calculations. Expected to supervise associate
engineers on occasion.
Understand system protocols, how systems operate, and data flows. Aware of current
technology benefits. Expected to independently develop a full software stack.
Understands the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to
complete software and automation work. Independent study of current technology.
Present project improvement scenarios to management for consideration.
Monitor and influence relevant industry technologies and standards.
Present highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
Continuously learns, creates content, and teaches others specific subject areas.
Informally coaches and contributes to the development of others through mentoring or
in-house workshops and learning sessions. Develops engineers across functional teams
on technology decisions.
Develops, designs, and implements new ideas that utilize new frameworks to improve an
existing or new system/process/service.
Investigative independent study and problem-solving for non-routine tasks.
