Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer/Programmer Analyst with extensive experience in PHP development within LAMP or LEMP environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in web application development, content management systems (CMS), and Linux administration. This position involves designing, developing, administering, and supporting enterprise websites and digital platforms using open-source technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP within LAMP/LEMP stacks.
Design and administer enterprise websites using Drupal, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
Build and customize modules, themes, and templates for content-driven websites.
Leverage modern web frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or Symfony.
Utilize Linux command-line interface (CLI) for administrative and development tasks.
Apply security best practices to mitigate cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection vulnerabilities.
Implement and maintain search tools such as Drupal Search, Solr, or similar systems.
Troubleshoot and manage issues using ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, KACE).
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience in PHP development within LAMP or LEMP environments.
8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and administering enterprise websites using CMS (Drupal/WordPress).
8+ years of experience with Drupal and WordPress website management.
8+ years of experience using web development frameworks (Laravel, Django, Symfony).
8+ years of experience with Linux OS and command-line interface.
Strong understanding of system development methodologies and secure coding practices.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience using Python within LAMP/LEMP stacks.
Experience with responsive web design and AJAX web development.
Familiarity with Drush for Drupal administration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Ruby, and Java.
Understanding of common web security vulnerabilities (XSS, SQL Injection).
Experience using IT ticketing systems such as Remedy or KACE.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Industry certifications related to web development
