SAP S4 OTC-Training lead

Job Description:

SAP S4 (EWM or OTC), you will be responsible for supporting the organizational change management activities for a SAP S4 (EWM or OTC) implementation project. You will work closely with the OCM Lead, project team, business stakeholders, and end users to assess the impact of the change, design and execute the change management strategy and plan, and facilitate the adoption and readiness of the SAP S4 (EWM or OTC) solution. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of effective communication, training, and coaching interventions, and measure and monitor the change outcomes and benefits.

Key skills and qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in OCM consulting or related roles, preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment
Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP S4 or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc.
Knowledge of SAP S4 (EWM or OTC) business processes and functionalities, such as sales order management, pricing, billing, delivery, etc.
Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
