3-5 years email marketing in the weeds in the marketing cloud systems setting up emails pulling data extensions
Email marketing and automation experience
Office 4 days per week

As a member of the Digital Marketing Team, the contractor will work closely with the Senior Email Marketing Specialist and Communications team to execute against the company s email strategy and initiatives, deploying and tracking highly segmented outbound campaigns, market-specific email campaigns and digital communications related to promotions, events, and advertising.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for using data, analytics and email best practices through Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Sr. Email Marketing Specialist and Communications team to develop a deep understanding of business model and communication calendars.
Assist with all email campaigns, including loading lists, data extension creation, execution, testing, optimization, and follow-up.
Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
Ensure all email marketing campaigns are always targeting the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
Use data to constantly analyze, diagnose, and measure performance against expectations.
Maintain and manage ESP/Marketing Cloud contact database.
Adapt to existing processes and procedures, while staying current with programs to suggest new approaches to delivering better results.

Requirements/Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in email marketing and automation required.
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and an email marketing platform required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Both B2B and B2C marketing experience preferred.
Strong service mentality to support business partners.
Able to work with technical, business development, creative, and marketing teams.
Knowledge of Illustrator and/or Photoshop for basic image editing a plus.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills
