We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Cloud Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise cloud-based platforms. This role requires deep expertise in SaaS Cloud developer tools and cloud application infrastructure. You'll play a key role in system administration, functional and technical data flows, and mentoring team members in best practices.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Cloud Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise cloud-based platforms. This role requires deep expertise in SaaS Cloud developer tools and cloud application infrastructure. You'll play a key role in system administration, functional and technical data flows, and mentoring team members in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support SaaS Cloud platforms and tools
- Work with Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), and generative AI chatbot tools
- Manage technical tickets using systems like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA
- Troubleshoot and optimize functional/technical data flows in SaaS environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in cloud or SaaS administration
- Bachelor s Degree required
- Strong expertise in SaaS Cloud developer tools (VBS, VBCS, Generative AI chatbots)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, ADO, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-based application concepts
