Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Unifier Implementation Consultant to join our
team. This role will focus on leading the implementation, configuration, and
customization of Oracle Unifier to meet client needs, developing effective business
processes, and ensuring successful user adoption through training and intuitive
reporting.
This job is primarily remote, but it includes occasional travel for conferences, tradeshows and in-person meetings with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Unifier to meet client-specific requirements.
- Customize Unifier settings, including data elements, workflows, and permissions.
- Integrate Unifier with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
Business Process Design:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project management and business process needs.
- Design and develop business processes and workflows within Oracle Unifier to optimize project controls.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications for Unifier configurations.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop intuitive reports and dashboards within Oracle Unifier to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and accessibility in all reporting outputs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve project outcomes.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for clients on Oracle Unifier functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure successful user adoption.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with Oracle Unifier updates, features, and industry trends.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing Unifier solutions and processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Unifier implementation and configuration.
- 2+ years of experience in business process design and project controls.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Oracle Unifier, including workflows, data elements, and reporting.
- Experience with system integration and data management.
- Knowledge of project management software and reporting tools.
Consulting Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with requirement gathering and process optimization.
Preferred
- Experience with capital projects in the Construction and Engineering sector.
- Familiarity with other Oracle Primavera tools (e.g., P6, OPC).
- Certifications in Oracle Unifier or project management (e.g., PMP).
