Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer & Developer

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite, M-F)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer & Developer with extensive experience in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and developing scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, advanced knowledge of ReactJS/AngularJS, and hands-on skills with modern design tools and front-end technologies. Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.

  • Mentor junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency across platforms.

  • Analyze user data and feedback to drive improvements and optimizations.

  • Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

  • Ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines across applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 10+ years in UI/UX design and development.

  • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

  • Strong expertise in ReactJS or AngularJS.

  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).

  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
