Job Details
A company specializing in the defense industry is looking for a Program Manager to support advanced technology capability initiatives associated with the U.S. and international military units. This is a full-time position, that requires travel weekly to the company's headquarters in Middlesex County, MA.
This company has been a key player in the DoD industry for over twenty years. They are looking to enhance their existing portfolio of products and introduce new features on these defense products. You will join an established program management organization with numerous growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an engineering, math, science, or technology discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the DoD Industry
- Ability to obtain a security clearance from the United States Government
- Ability to support design engineering, analysis, program management, and IPT leads process development and proposal activities.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering and Model-Based Design
- Ability to plan, operate, and execute operational activities effectively
Desired Skills & Experience
- Lean (Green Belt, Black Belt) certification
- Knowledge of program and project management techniques and tools
- CAD training (Solid Works/AutoCAD)
- Experience with optical or electrical engineering
The Offer
- Base salary is between 130k - 170k
