Job Details
- Analyze the current OTC + Inventory Receipt + Batch Allocation processes
- Propose system-based automation
- Build SAP enhancements (functional + ABAP)
- Create mass-upload utilities
- Improve data validation and workflows
- Work with both GSC and EAS teams at Client
- Deliver a scalable, auditable, low-risk solution
Ideal consultants should have:
Functional
- SAP SD / OTC expert
- Experience with batch management, shelf-life rules, ATP, allocation
- Experience with serialization
- Deep understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain processes
- Understanding of special pharma considerations
Technical
- Strong ABAP developer OR techno-functional
- Ability to build custom mass upload programs
- Experience with BAPIs/IDocs for:
- Goods receipt
- Serial numbers
- Batch creation
- Sales order updates
- Fiori/UI5 or SAP GUI enhancement experience (nice to have)
Process / Integration
- EWM familiarity
- Understanding of 3PL/CMO data exchange
- Experience with complex batch rules in regulated industries
