Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and privileged access management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as ADFS, Entra ID, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and BeyondTrust, along with a strong understanding of modern identity and access management (IAM) practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and privileged access management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as ADFS, Entra ID, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and BeyondTrust, along with a strong understanding of modern identity and access management (IAM) practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage SSO solutions including ADFS, Entra ID, and OAM.
- Lead the implementation and administration of Privileged Access Management (PAM) using BeyondTrust.
- Support and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems and zero-trust network access using Zscaler.
- Manage the full certificate lifecycle: issuance, renewal, and revocation.
- Provide Tier 3 support for incident response and certificate-related issues.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) team to align with cybersecurity initiatives.
- Execute and manage JIRA tasks in support of the cybersecurity roadmap.
- Assist in user access segmentation based on business requirements.
- Document technical processes and procedures for Tier 2 support teams.
- Work with tools such as DataWiza and Oracle Cloud to support secure access and identity governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices and frameworks.
- Familiarity with SailPoint or similar identity governance platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to assess environments and drive improvements independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Core Competencies: Information Security, Cybersecurity, SSO, MFA, Zero Trust Architecture, Vulnerability Management

Experience Level
- Entry to Mid-Level (3+ years of hands-on experience preferred)
