- Well versed in Confluence and JIRA.
- Understands technology and experienced leading technology teams.
- Able to understand the business need, understand the technology design and help engineers in understanding the requirements.
- Knows enough about the details to help and guide developers and answer questions about requirements.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in data and using SQL.
- Good attitude to help the team and pitch in as needed in different areas.
- Extremely organized and humble, good at listening and following direction from management.
- Understands and experienced in working in Agile Scrum, leading, and helping the team in following that methodology.
