The Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Senior Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Fusion, with a primary focus on timekeeping and payroll functionality. This role ensures the effective adoption, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM modules post-implementation. The Senior Analyst will act as a functional and technical advisor to HR, Payroll, and IT, aligning system capabilities with business needs and ensuring best practices in configuration, reporting, and compliance.


  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with emphasis on Time & Labor and Payroll.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to align business processes with system functionality.
  • Provide techno-functional support: troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for system errors.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI, BIP, and related tools.
  • Lead system testing efforts for patches, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Document system configurations, business processes, and technical solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR, Payroll, and business users to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve critical service requests and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions leveraging Oracle functionality.
  • Support compliance and audit efforts by ensuring accurate configuration and reporting.

  • Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, HR Systems, or related field.
  • 8 years of IT/HR systems experience, with 5+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion experience.
  • Strong expertise in Time & Labor and Payroll modules.
  • Working knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Benefits, and other HCM modules.
  • Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP reporting, FBDI/ADFDI, and BPM workflows.
  • Strong understanding of HCM and Payroll business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across HR, IT, and business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of US payroll compliance and reporting requirements.
