Job Description:

Title: Project/Program Manager II

Pay Range: $45-$53/hr

EST START DATE: Mon, May 26, 2025

Contract Length: 9 months, with potential to extend and/or convert to FTE

Location: FULLY ONSITE (5x) in Arlington, VA, US

40 hrs/week, no OT, Mon-Fri core hours (8a-5p)

What is this CE doing specifically?
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
  • May require a bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.


Top 3 Requirements: (5+ yrs of exp)
  • Network or Data center experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Direct experience in complex technology and infra projects

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant IT Discipline

5+ years of project management experience

5+ years of Data Center and/or Network Deployment experience

5+ years' experience in deploying/operation in Layer 2/Layer 3 networks including DWDM, load balancers, and content delivery networks.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience in the management of complex technology infrastructure projects

Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies.

Familiarity with the AWS network architecture.

5+ years' experience in Physical fiber plant OSP/ISP

Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
