Active Directory Architect

looking for an Active Directory Architect to join our team of technology SMEs. The incumbent will have overall oversight including architecture, engineering and support of the Active Directory infrastructure and its associated interdependencies such as SSO, Azure AD Connect, Sailpoint, Quest tools, CyberArk, PKI, etc. The candidate must be able to articulate complex engineering concepts into actionable business and risk controls. The candidate will develop and recommend, and implement technology strategies and solutions in support of overall corporate goals. The successful candidate will have to demonstrate mastery in their respective field.

Responsible for

The Active Directory Architect:

Creates designs, integrates, and oversees implementation of the Active Directory infrastructure

Maintains quality assurance and support of services documentation

Develops strategic recommendations and long term plans to management

Assumes the role of subject matter expert of on-premise and cloud based identity stores

Evaluates and stress tests new technology while assessing fit for feasibility studies

Influences senior leaders at all levels of business and IT staff on all areas of technology, including policies, standards, strategies, and governance

Ensures departmental alignment to infrastructure/architectural standards and strategy

Brings an IT infrastructure and integration perspective to all technology initiatives and ensures all program and project activities adhere to architectural standards and best practices

Builds consensus through partnerships with current and potential vendors, IT executives, and business partners; develops relationships that promote trust and increase efficiency and effectiveness

Maintains resiliency and business continuity plans for the associated infrastructure
