We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The individual will support project execution, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and assist in business analysis tasks to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:

• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations
• Maintain up to date project documentation
• Work with the business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
• Collaborate with developers, QA and business teams to track progress and resolve issues

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Project coordination: track progress on multiple projects
• Meeting management: set up, sometimes facilitate and document meetings capturing action items and next steps
• Issue tracking and follow-ups: monitor open items, collate updates from responsible parties
• Data and process analysis: support requirement gathering and process mapping for initiatives related to Market Surveillance
