Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Airlines domain expertise to join our client s team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of airline operations, customer systems, and digital transformation initiatives within the airlines industry.


Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various airline business functions (e.g., reservations, ticketing, loyalty programs, flight operations, crew management, etc.).
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and validating solutions.
Conduct impact analysis and support system integration across multiple airline platforms (PSS, DCS, CRM, etc.).
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for Agile/Scrum teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 4+ years in the Airlines domain.
Strong knowledge of airline systems such as Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Departure Control Systems (DCS), Crew Management, or Loyalty Programs.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence).
Understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system integration concepts.

Nice to Have:
Experience in airline digital transformation or modernization projects.
