Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Engineer with a strong background in non-metallic materials, plastics, injection molding, iron casting, and machining. This role will focus on supplier process development, quality improvement, and manufacturing process optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global suppliers and leading supplier development initiatives to ensure consistent part quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supplier development and process capability evaluations for both non-metallic (plastics, rubber, composites) and metallic (iron castings, machined parts) components.
  • Evaluate and optimize injection molding, casting, and machining processes for quality, cost, and productivity.
  • Review and approve supplier PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Conduct process audits and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC) methods.

Collaborate with design, purchasing, and quality teams to validate supplier readiness and resolve production issues
