Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Remote
Duration: : 6 months

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong technical and functional expertise. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow development, combined with exceptional business analysis and stakeholder management skills. This role requires the ability to independently drive end-to-end initiatives from requirement gathering through to production deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Business Analysis:

  • Lead stakeholder meetings, demos, and scrum calls with confidence and clarity.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Convert requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform story point estimation and manage the delivery lifecycle.
  • Independently manage epics and projects through to production.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Deliver clear communication and effective collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

ServiceNow Development Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Service Catalog, Custom Application Development, and Automation.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience building and deploying custom solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 10 years of total experience in ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proven track record as a Technical Business Analyst or similar hybrid role.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
