As a(n) Digital Analytics Consultant / Adobe Analytics you will:
Job Description:
Play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital and non-digital channels for Mobile and Home customers.
You'll be instrumental in delivering the comprehensive reports and insights that drive our Site Optimization and Real-Time Marketing strategies.
We're looking for an analytical powerhouse to empower our Business Analytics and Insights teams.
You'll help us uncover the "what" and the "why," guiding us to create a truly best-in-class customer journey.
You'll be a key collaborator, working alongside development teams, Adobe tagging experts, marketing PODs, Agile Teams, and more.
Your Impact:
Drive Experimentation: Create in-depth reports for A/B and Multivariate (MVT) tests, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for business and product owners.
Optimize & Automate: Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across processes, developing and maintaining the frameworks and tools to make it happen.
Measure Success: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our experience experiments, ensuring we're always improving.
Communicate & Collaborate: Present complex findings to diverse audiences with clarity and confidence. You'll provide technical guidance and collaborate seamlessly with Development and Tagging teams, working hand-in-hand with Real-Time Marketing (RTM) Pods and Test leads.
Champion Improvement: Continuously seek out and define new process improvement opportunities that enhance our efficiency and impact.
What You Bring:
A bachelor s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
At least four years of hands-on experience in a relevant role. A deep command of Digital Analytics and campaign measurement methodologies.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong SQL query and scripting abilities.
Experience with session replay tools like Quantum Metrics or similar platforms.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
A Master s or PhD in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that make complex data understandable.
Knowledge of relational databases like Teradata and EDW data warehouses.
Experience building impactful dashboards with visualization tools such as Tableau or QLIK.
- Development experience for tools and utilities for monitoring and alert set etc.
Familiarity with project Management and bug tracking tools, i.e., JIRA or a similar tool.

Pay Range*: <$65 - $70 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
