Job Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Hands-on management of all NetSuite functions and features
- Responsible for on-boarding setup and management of roles and permissions
- Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP with a focus on financial modules (GL, AR, AP, Revenue Management).
- Design, implement, and optimize financial workflows, approval processes, and reporting dashboards.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes through reconciliation support and system-generated reports.
- Design reports and Saved Searches
- Develop workflow and scripting to drive control and process improvement
- A key member of the company process improvement team. Bring NetSuite expertise to determine where automation can be implemented
- Administer semi-annual NetSuite updates and testing/training. Explore new features and articulate impact to the organization. Implementation of new modules
- Ad hoc customizations to NetSuite screen and documents
- Administration of WMS, EDI Integration, and other potential bundled integrations
Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to all departments with NetSuite issues
- Troubleshoot complex issues, prioritizing urgencies, and point of contact with NS customer service and technical support
- Responsible for tracking and coordinating all open support tickets
Projects:
- Create a system for tracking open NetSuite projects and unexpected issues
- Utilizing case management features in NetSuite for tracking legal requests and other issues
- Assist in coordination/creation of a corporate intranet
- Using NetSuite for promo management and tracking marketing expenses
Teamwork:
- Work with/lead internal NetSuite Action Team, with representatives from each dept.
- Work directly, and in conjunction, with the IT dept. on NetSuite related tasks and integrations
- Perform other ERP related duties not listed as required by the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
- NetSuite Administrator and/or ERP Consultant certification required
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or closely related field, or equivalent experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel & Word
- Strong administrative experience, report building skills and working knowledge of NetSuite platform and other ERP platforms
- Proficient with database systems and software programs
- Familiarity/experience with EDI processes and integration with NetSuite
- Working knowledge of Finance Department protocols and procedures
- General technical background in computing and/or integrated systems management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills/ability to interact with people at all levels
