RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Testing Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Review and execute a comprehensive testing strategy for the T24 implementation
* Define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure full system coverage, implementing them in Jira/XRay
* Establish clear testing timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project milestones
* Work closely with business users to define UAT objectives and criteria
* Oversee test case execution, support business users and testers on the execution of test cases, and analyze test results
* Coordinate UAT activities, ensuring users are properly engaged and trained
* Track UAT progress, collect feedback, and manage defect triage to ensure a smooth testing cycle
* Support Jira/Xray implementation at the bank, training business users and supporting them day-to-day
* Collaborate with the development team to analyze and resolve defects efficiently
* Understand business priorities and issues' criticality, prioritize and escalate critical issues impacting project timelines
* Ensure defects are tracked, resolved, and re-tested within agreed timelines
* Manage and mentor the testing team, ensuring efficient workload distribution
* Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring optimal resource utilization
* Support the implementation of testing tools (e.g., Katalon) and frameworks for test management and execution
* Promote best practices in testing, both manual and automated, to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Use JIRA and Xray to track test cases, defects, and progress reports
* Generate and present test execution reports and incident resolution reports to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in software testing within the banking industry
* Experience in private banking and wealth management
* Test management tools expertise
* Strong knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA and Xray; Must be able to use these tools to track test cases, defects, and progress reports, as well as support their implementation and train business users on their day-to-day use
* UAT and SIT coordination experience
* Defect management and compliance experience
* Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 is considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
