Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA team in designing and implementing test procedures.
- Oversee drafting of test plans, test cases, scripts, and QA documentation.
- Execute manual and automated tests and analyze results.
- Evaluate product code to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to create effective testing strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues, report bugs/errors, and validate fixes.
- Document testing phases, maintain logs, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
- Conduct analysis checks on product specifications and QA reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for quality and performance.
Required Qualifications
- ~7 years of QA/testing experience.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience creating test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with QA processes, SDLC, and DevSecOps environments.
- Strong analytical skills, reasoning ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- (Preferred) Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
