Job Title: Endur Developer - Strategic Upgrade Project (Houston, TX)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Endur Developer (5+ years) to join a high-profile, strategic initiative supporting a major Endur upgrade project. This multi-year program will modernize trading and risk platforms across the organization, with visibility at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Endur components to support system upgrades and new functionality
Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams to optimize trade capture and reporting workflows
Support integration, performance tuning, and data migration initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex environments
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Endur development experience (Java, OpenComponents, AVS, JVS, etc.)
Proven experience supporting Endur upgrade or implementation projects
Strong understanding of ETRM/CTRM processes and trading life cycle
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
