Position Expectations:

Provide programmatic support to the client on-site, under the supervision of a Directorate-level Task Lead and the Task Order's Program Managers.
Required Experience:
-
Roughly 2 3 years of experience providing program management support/coordination for a DoD customer.
-
Extremely capable of using MS Project to:
-
Create project schedules from scratch
-
Conduct updates
-
Provide reports on scheduling
-
Contribute schedules to a Directorate-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
-
-
Ability to identify:
-
Critical path items
-
Mission impact
-
Required due dates
-
As part of schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) documentation, and briefings.
-

Ability to develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
-
Thorough understanding of how to develop and utilize an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
-
Experience performing PMI-based project management processes.
-
Ability to provide proactive communication with their Government Lead.
-
Experience developing and refining:
-
PowerPoint presentations
-
Excel-based data
-
Project briefings
-

Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
Education:
-
Bachelor's Degree
(Specific field not required or specified)
Technical Knowledge:
-
Minimal technical knowledge of transport networks/telecom is expected.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience at DISA
-
Experience using IPAS tool
-
Experience in telecommunications project management
-
PMP or CAPM certification from PMI
-
Any MS Project certifications or relevant coursework
