Proven experience working in a fast-paced development environment
Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of major front-end projects
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
Confident in managing deadlines and working effectively under pressure
Willing to support other teams and engage in cross-functional collaboration when needed
Attention to detail with solid QA and debugging abilities

Required Core Technologies:
Practical experience with the following tools and environments:
HTML and CSS

At least 5 years of Ruby on Rails experience
