Job Details
  • Drive the connector product design from concept to launch.
  • Work with plastics (injection molding) and metals (stamping, machining).
  • Create BOMs, ECNs, and drawings using SolidWorks/CREO.
  • Perform connector testing (tensile, thermal, Mil spec) and validation.
  • Collaborate with test labs, cross-functional teams, and suppliers.
  • Apply Lean and continuous improvement to every project.
  • Communicate with customers on technical documents and requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
  • 3+ years in connector product design.
  • Expert in SolidWorks & CREO with GD&T.
  • Experience with MIL-spec connectors (5015, 38999, 28482).
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding, stamping, crimping, welding.
  • Hands-on prototyping, including 3D printing.
  • Familiarity with Lean tools and FEA/simulation a plus.
