Job Summary:
We are seeking high-level PACS Analysts to support enterprise-imaging initiatives across multiple healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in Merge and/or Change Healthcare PACS, strong DICOM troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of imaging modalities. Analysts will play a key role in system implementations, integrations, and go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, support, and maintain PACS systems across multiple sites
Merge change packs and manage system integrations
Troubleshoot DICOM-related issues and imaging workflows
Assist with the implementation and configuration of imaging modalities
Collaborate with radiology techs and clinical teams to ensure seamless operations
Participate in go-live events and provide on-site support as needed
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Document processes and share knowledge within the team
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in PACS administration or support
Hands-on experience with Merge PACS and/or Change Healthcare
Strong understanding of DICOM standards and imaging workflows
Familiarity with radiology tech workflows
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with both Merge and Change Healthcare PACS systems
Located near an Ascension ministry
Experience supporting various imaging modalities
