Production Associate/ Electromechanical Assemblers

Immediate need for a talented Production Associate/ Electromechanical Assemblers. This is a 12+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Danner Dr, Aurora, OH (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
The shift times for 1st are:

• 7AM-330PM non-overtime days
• 7AM-5:00PM Overtime days

Key Responsibilities:

• Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.
• Performs manufacturing/assembly operations on one to two production lines and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
• Maintains daily production output.
• May participate in quality control inspections.
• May work in Decon area, unpacking, disinfecting, and dispositioning returned product
• Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in Quality and LEAN activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
• Comply with EHS and Quality procedures, regulations, and policies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• High School Diploma or local equivalent
• Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
• Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits
• Ability to communicate using English (or local language)
• 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience
• Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel
