Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Build, test and deploy personalized email marketing modules via SFMC Content Builder
Develop Content Builder email templates and respective content blocks; requires strong HTML/CSS, AMP for Email, AMPscript, Guide Template Language, Server-Side JavaScript
Connect content to corresponding data extensions for personalization, and dynamic capability, and reporting
Lead the socialization and roll out of the email module library to stakeholders across the organization and key agency partners
Own and manage ongoing requests for new modules or updates to existing content
Respond to common business requirements and perform basic administrative functions within Marketing Cloud with support of the SFMC administrator
Ensure design and email layout is optimized, renders and functions correctly across multiple email clients, and is mobile friendly-strong attention to detail, QA, and visual aspects utilizing tools such as Litmus
Stays ahead of email best practices and helps to align the enterprise on how best to handle mobile-first email functionality, email accessibility, dark mode, AMP for Email, plain text, ALT text, etc.
Is knowledgeable of privacy policies and anti-spam laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, Apple Mail Privacy Protection, GDPR, and marketing consent
Assist in designing and documenting solutions to leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and other sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize customer engagement and response. Update training documentation for the internal design team
Ability to interpret analytics/trends and identify actionable insights
Understanding of A/B and multivariant testing as well as tracking and tagging best practices
Proactively identify and analyze issues / obstacles to determine and recommend appropriate courses of action
Qualifications:
3+ years implementation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder (Interaction Studio/Customer 360 Audiences a plus)
Extensive experience working with enterprise Marketing Cloud environments with multiple business units
Advanced knowledge of software architecture, design, and business processes
Extensive experience with SFMC REST and SOAP API data transmission protocols
SFMC Email Specialist/Consultant/Developer/Administrator Certifications strongly preferred
Translate technical implications and options into business impact statements
2+ years working within other Salesforce Core applications including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Analytics Cloud, etc.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS.
Basics of Java, React is nice to have

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
