Job Title: Data Delivery Manager
Location: Plano TX (Hybrid)
Job Type: Fulltime/W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Data Delivery Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of data solutions leveraging Azure, Snowflake, and DBT (Data Build Tool). This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient execution of data engineering and analytics initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enabling high-quality, scalable data products and pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage a team of data engineers and analysts, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
Design and implement modern data architecture solutions using Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, etc.).
Lead the development and deployment of scalable data pipelines using DBT and Snowflake.
Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, agile methodologies, and DevOps for data operations.
Monitor and report on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams as needed for project execution.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in data engineering or data management roles.
3+ years of proven experience managing the delivery of data projects.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, especially Data Factory, Synapse, and/or Databricks.
Expertise in Snowflake architecture and performance optimization.
Strong proficiency with DBT, including best practices and deployment.
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
