  • This position is part of the Reliability Engineering Team within the Technical Operations Division, which focuses on the reliability of the aircraft through long-term trend analysis of operational data. The role is responsible for identifying and evaluating trends in aircraft system performance, assessing component reliability, supporting regulatory compliance functions, and analyzing the effectiveness of the maintenance program. This work is essential to driving data-informed decisions that improve reliability of the aircraft for the operation.

What you'll do

Engineer L2/L3
  • Identify and analyze long-term trends in aircraft system performance by investigating issues that may lead to delays, cancellations, or significant resource expenditures, and reviewing associated corrective actions
  • Assess component reliability across various aircraft platforms and communicate findings to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support regulatory compliance and reporting functions to ensure alignment with industry standards and requirements
  • Analyze how system reliability affects technical operations and maintenance strategies, and develop data-driven narratives to support decision-making
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance program and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency
  • Continuously develop communication, time management, and other professional skills to maximize effectiveness and impact
  • Demonstrate dependability by actively listening, following through on tasks, and maintaining consistency in routine work

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Civil, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical)
  • 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • 3-6 years experience as an engineer with aircraft systems or related experience
  • Knowledge of CFRs, maintenance programs, AMM, IPC, TSM and CMM

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, technical writing, problem solving, communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined in their work ethics
  • Basic computer programming
