Title: Application Programmer III

Location: Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range: $39.02-$55.75 Per HR

Job Summary:
* This role involves supporting the daily operations of technology platforms in a hybrid setting.
* The position is contract-based and requires expertise in problem management, application monitoring, and operational readiness.
* Applicants should have experience with distributed/web applications and knowledge of various operating systems and programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage problem and incident scenarios, creating and tracking tickets effectively.
* Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement in production services.
* Own escalations and perform troubleshooting using advanced programming skills.
* Consult with end users to determine optimal configurations of equipment and applications.
* Provide strategic input and leadership on technology products and service standards.

Qualifications:
* 3 to 5 years of experience developing or supporting distributed/web applications.
* Proficiency in Java and web technologies.
* Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and commands.
* Experience with database management and query languages.
* Familiarity with various monitoring and analytics tools.
