Job Details

A SaaS company based in Bryn Mawr, PA is looking for a Clinical Software Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll work to support the clients that are utilizing the core software day to day. You'll work with internal technical teams, customer support teams, and the external client to resolve user issues and technical setbacks. The team is looking for someone well-versed in PACs, DICOM, and other imaging protocols. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of radiology terms and how that translates into the technical side of things. The role is fulltime/direct hire and 5 days a week onsite.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ Years of radiology-specific experience
  • PACS, DICOM, and other imaging protocols
  • Ability to interface with technical and nontechnical teams
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • [VM1] Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field
