Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Architect to lead the transition from Oracle to SailPoint for our client. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a key liaison between the client and the onshore delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from Oracle to SailPoint IIQ.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the onshore technical team.
- Manage and resolve incidents related to identity governance and administration.
- Participate in planning and execution of major releases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Foster strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS Cloud and Kubernetes (nice to have).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks total during the project to the Texas area for major release cycles and client engagement activities.
