Position Responsibilities:
Perform complex system verification and provide customer support of Samsung 4G & 5G RAN Equipment including virtual EMS, vRAN. Perform feature validation, interoperability testing, field evaluation to get product acceptance from customer. Aid in product & feature performance analysis and evaluation of new product & software releases. Develop and maintain standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness. Ensure that customer commitments are achieved according to project plan. Work with team members to prepare test plans/cases and execute to validate RAN CP/OAM functionality. Develop and execute testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability. Interface proactively with Product/Technology Engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Analyze customer requirements, developing test strategy for features and functionalities, converting customer requirements into test plans and detailed test procedures. Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standard. Conduct and analyze historical analyses of test results. Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or target date.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have knowledge in fundamentals of 4G and 5G interface technology, various modulation techniques and channel estimation; 4G/5G signal processing techniques, data processing and transmission; and 4G/5G technology protocols for communications.
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week.
