Title: Project Coordinator - IT Asset Manager / Supply Chain
Location: Fremont California / Hybrid / 3-Days Onsite

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a team of Project and Program management professionals supporting the IT Supply Chain team. As a key member of this team, you will be accountable for analyzing complex business problems across multiple supply chain pillars, coordinating with internal and cross-functional partners to define and support complex projects and programs, and develop efficient solutions using various tools and systems.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams (XFN) including operations, process engineering, procurement, compliance, and sourcing within the supply chain organization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience and service efficiency.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a team of Project and Program management professionals supporting the IT Supply Chain team. Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data as needed to make data-driven recommendations and decisions, putting meaningful effort into making sure each Project, Program, and Initiative has a measurable impact on the business, including scoping and implementing data collection where necessary to support these goals.
- Assists in coordinating schedules.
- Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables.
- Assist the Sr. Project Manager to effectively manage project lifecycle, including product backlog.
- Utilize enterprise project management tools and applications to provide project status and reporting, while adhering to PMO processes, documentation standards, and best practices.
- Assists in monitoring teams progress.
- Coordinates client support efforts.
- Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary.
- Attends all client and staff meetings pertaining to project
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Enterprise Supply Chain processes and systems, organize and manage the troubleshooting of technical issues, providing timely updates to the business to ensure minimal impact on operations.
- Ensure that appropriate resources (people, tools, services) and processes are in place to gather and analyze data relating to digital technology asset life cycles and related processes.
- Report on remediation of IT asset-related risks and progress of optimization activity.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, and that data completeness and quality issues are quickly identified and escalated to the responsible data or process owners.
- Gather data from and provide analysis of all activities that have an impact on the value, cost and risk of IT asset life cycles.
- Ensure that ITAM-related tools and services are properly implemented, configured and maintained, with appropriate integration with other sources of organizational data.
- Coordinate with, hardware asset management (HAM) suppliers and ensure acquisition processes (including those of external service providers) are conducted in line with applicable standards and company guidelines.
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
- Previous project coordination experience.
- CSM or PMP certification; preferred.
- Scrum, Kanban experience.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence and JQL queries.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Clarizen, and ServiceNow.
- Results-oriented with initiative to work until job is complete.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with XFN teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of business systems and technical problem-solving.
- Experience working in a supply chain operations environment.
- Experience building and deploying systems/processes at scale
- 3 years of experience with IT, enterprise asset management or information management
- Experience leading system or tool implementations with responsibility for verifying capabilities, outputs, dependencies and implementation scope
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to manage a high volume of details with excellent accuracy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving techniques.
