We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and systems reliability. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance system performance, streamline deployments, and build robust observability and monitoring frameworks.</>

Responsibilities

  • Manage, operate, and optimize cloud-based applications across public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Design, implement, and maintain GitOps-based deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar.

  • Develop and enhance end-to-end CI/CD workflows supporting scalable and reliable production environments.

  • Configure and manage observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and implement actionable monitoring and alerting.

  • Operate and integrate with AWS services including RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, EC2, IAM, Networking, etc.

  • Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.

  • Provision cloud resources and infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Linux-based systems.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to improve application reliability, system performance, and incident response processes.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident reviews, and reliability engineering improvements.

  • Document processes, maintain SOPs, and contribute to compliance readiness when required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in operational roles (Cloud Operations, Site Reliability, DevOps, etc.).

  • Experience with GitOps-driven CI/CD using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or similar.

  • Strong experience with observability technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or similar.

  • Proficiency in operating applications in public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).

  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services such as RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, etc.

  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar configuration management/IaC tools.

  • Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, and systems engineering skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering field.

  • 10+ years in operational roles across cloud, SRE, or DevOps environments.

  • 1+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture roles.

  • Experience supporting compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC2, SOX, ISO27001, etc.).
