Position: Network Deployment Project Manager II
Location: Whites Creek, TN
Onsite Requirement: Hybrid
13 Month Initial Contract, potential to extend up to 30 months
Description:
Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Responsibilities:
Project Management in wireless network deployment
Driving complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measured business goals and key objectives.
Identifying, monitoring, reporting and escalating project-related issues to achieve timely resolution.
Create data-driven reports.
Design, code and test new software applications.
Maintain/enhance existing systems.
Keep up to date in new technologies.
Create technical specifications and test plans.
Create operational documentation.
Implement new software. Technical Requirements:
Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
Develop and maintain project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.
Identify opportunity and program gaps via effective data analytics and automation.
Drive process standardization across southeast engineering via Process mapping, standard reporting, and process optimization.
Develop automation for reporting and other high-level network initiatives.
Lead tool development to support automation.
Partner with NS for FUZE SPM development.
Maintain excellent communication with Functional managers and Directors to ensure early identification of issues a timely reporting of status.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in the Telecommunications and Wireless industry.
Tableau experience (intermediate level preferred)
DESIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering or Computer Science.
Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking concepts, practices and tools, and the capability of articulating the fusion of such practices to drive superior business outcomes.
Certification in Six Sigma methodology, including Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent presentation skills with strong communication capabilities, both oral and written.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business conditions.
Results oriented, a strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible.
Experience building relationships and fostering teamwork.
