We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report (RTR) Solution Lead to support functional leadership across major implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP RTR modules and finance-related business processes, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA, including at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive design and delivery of RTR solutions aligned with business goals.

< data-start="859" data-end="889">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the RTR workstream in SAP S/4HANA projects.

  • Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP capabilities.

  • Design end-to-end RTR solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, and Financial Close.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PTP, OTC, FP&A, etc.) to ensure integrated process design.

  • Support Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and cutover activities.

  • Provide guidance and support to functional consultants and ensure consistency in delivery.

  • Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business process owners.

  • Drive adoption of best practices, automation, and process improvements within the RTR function.

  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements.

< data-start="1764" data-end="1801">Key Skills & Qualifications:</>

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), with strong RTR process knowledge.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing Cockpit.

  • Experience in 2 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations as a functional lead or solution architect.

  • Strong understanding of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and Project Systems.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience in leading offshore/onsite teams is a plus.

  • Professional certifications in SAP (S/4HANA Finance) are advantageous.

  • Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAP Activate methodology.
