Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant

Location: Remote (Contract Role)

Start Date: Within 2 days to 1 weeks of offer

Engagement : This will be a gig style project.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant for a contract engagement. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert responsible for leading end-to-end implementations and migrations from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption for our clients. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical proficiency and excellent client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Implementation & Migration: Spearhead multinational Onboarding 2.0 implementations and complex migrations from version 1.0 to 2.0.

Project Management: Manage 6-7 concurrent implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate and collaborate with onshore and offshore project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Configuration: Design, build, and configure complex Onboarding 2.0 solutions, including but not limited to:

Dynamic Task Assignment (Job Relationships)

Custom Rehire Checks and Rules

LMS (Learning Management System) Integration

Complex Forms, Translations, and Custom Panels

I-9 Data Migration and Compliance

Advanced Permission and Role-Based Settings

Promotion Support and Refactoring (non lift-and-shift approach)

Client Engagement & Training: Work directly with clients to create Quick Reference Guides, conduct engaging hands-on training sessions for end-users and administrators, and provide expert-level troubleshooting support during pre-go-live phases.
