Job Description:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Analyst - Procure to Pay (W2 only - no C2C / 1099)

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Houston preferred; ad hoc travel to the UK and other locations during system roll-out

Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.

There are absolutely no C2C / 1099 options - candidates must work on the W2 of Apex Systems before converting

Apex Systems is looking for a skilled D365 P2P resource to join a team of 3 members implementing and fine tuning the Procure to Pay process in F&O. This is a US-based role. We are supporting a UK-based global engineering, procurement, and construction company that serves a variety of industries and sectors.

We are looking for a mid-level resource (3-5 years) and a senior-level resource (7-10+ years).

This resource will join the expanding P2P team and work on configuration of purchase orders, receipts, and invoicing. They are currently implementing the system and will be rolling it out and migrating over in 2025. The resource must be comfortable with post-production support and hypercare tasks, including regression testing. This is a functional, hands-on configuration role that includes the writing and execution of test scripts.

    Requirements

    Open to either:
  • 3-5 years of experience for someone to grow with the team
  • 10 years of experience for someone to come in as a Lead
  • Dynamics F&O experience
  • Procure to Pay
  • Procurement
  • Invoicing
  • Strong understanding of business process
  • Implementation experience, ideally in more than one environment
  • Invoice capture experience is nice to have
  • Project Operations experience is nice to have
  • Interface design, implementation, and support experience is highly preferred
