The Email Account Director/ Product Sales Expert drives regional growth and achieves sales targets for Email across the LATAM region. Acting as a deliverability champion and strategic partner, the PSE translates company strategy and work done with the product teams into actionable regional plans, collaborates with local sales teams to position Infobip Email as a superior product through deliverability, and identifies market opportunities to maximize gross profit, and guide customers toward best-in-class deliverability practices. Success is measured by gross profit increase, the number of strategic opportunities closed as won, and the successful rollout of deliverability-focused product initiatives.

Salary Range : $140,000-$180,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Execution
- Translate the company product strategy into actionable regional plans.
- Build and execute business plans to hit product targets in the LATAM region.
- Identify new market opportunities and whitespace to expand adoption of deliverability-focused solutions and best practices.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Partner closely with sales teams to position Email Deliverability as a key differentiator-providing training, deal guidance, and consultative support.
- Meet directly with key customers to assess deliverability challenges and drive adoption of advanced deliverability solutions.
- Actively participate in sales cycles to accelerate deals, improve customer deliverability outcomes, and boost long-term retention.
Product Expertise & Market Feedback
- Maintain deep knowledge of deliverability principles, product capabilities, and the competitive landscape across LATAM.
- Act as the regional "go-to" expert for Email Deliverability, advising on reputation management, authentication, and infrastructure performance.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform Unfix bases, helping shape global GTM strategy and product roadmap.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with Unfix teams to ensure product and feature alignment with LATAM deliverability realities and evolving sender needs.
- Serve as a bridge between regional sales teams and HQ product teams, ensuring local feedback translates into global improvements.
- Contribute to regional and Unfix-level strategy discussions, advocating for deliverability initiatives that drive customer success and market leadership.

- Ability and willingness to reallocate globally in order to work hands-on with customers and regional colleagues
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- High-level communication skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel primarily)
